1) A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book and is applied toward your appointment. Deposits are transferable as long as changes are made before the 24-hour cut off time.

2) Late cancellations or reschedules without a 24-hour notice, no-shows, or arrivals over 5 minutes late will forfeit deposits/prepayments. Please plan ahead for traffic and weather. I am located inside of Jellybeans Salon, behind Cafe 111. 

3) If you arrive late and I can’t complete the entirety of your scheduled services, you’re still responsible for the full cost of services booked.

4) Hair must be at minimum a quarter to a half of an inch long which means no waxing, trimming or shaving for the past three- four weeks.

5)  I only accept clients who are 18 years or older for intimate area waxing. No exceptions. Services that fall outside of intimate waxing require for a parent/legal guardian to be present during the duration of the service. No exceptions. 

6) I use an all purpose strip wax in combination with hard wax. Both of them are of the best quality, hypoallergenic and tested on myself prior to ever using on you all. 

7) Yes, you can wax during your period. Just place a tampon or menstrual cup before your appointment. Please note: hormones can play a part in being extra sensitive during your cycle. 

8) Need a same day appointment and don’t see anything online? TEXT me (423-430-6998). Please note: If your text is received outside of business hours, it will be responded to the following business day. 

9) All clients MUST complete a client intake form prior to booking. 

10) If this is your first wax or you are generally sensitive to pain, the process is quick and tolerable. Take a deep breath and know that you are in good hands!
